Overview

Villa I is a luxuriously equipped villa with a large swimming pool hidden in a small village called Salvela, not far from the town of Vodnjan, right between Pula and Rovinj and only 20 minutes away from the Cave Romane. The villa is very acceessible (just one minute from the main road) but in a private compound full of peace and privacy. Around the house is a private garden with swimming pool, olive trees and a large terrace with sun loungers and barbecue. In your own playroom, you can play billiards, table tennis and table football as long as you like. The house is divided into three floors with six spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the first floor of the house walk into a modern and spacious living room with dining room and fully equipped kitchen from which it is possible to access a beautiful large balcony with a table and chairs able to fit everybody for a dinner outside. From the balcony enjoy the open sea view and the Brijuni Islands. If you would like to spend time outside the villa, we advise you to visit the nearby Fažana or Peroj and visit their beautiful beaches, in just a 10-minute drive.
