The event is NON- REFUNDABLE. Refunds will only be possible if the event gets canceled due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control.
- Accommodation package holders: Will be able to receive their wristbands on June 5th at the hotel lobby or entry of the Welcome Party at Pula Castle Kaštel or at the entry of the Cave Romane on June 6th or June 7th. Make sure to have your tickets with you.
- Regular GA, VIP, BACKSTAGE ticket holders with no accommodation: Will receive their wristbands at the entry of Cave Romane on June 6th or 7th when the gates are open.
Yes, parking will be provided but we highly recommend everyone to use public transportation such as local taxis or Uber since there will be limited parking available at the site.
Please prepare your ticket and your ID for the age validation upon the arrival to the venue. If you have regional tickets we will validate your ID for your age and your residency.

Yes, there will be various food options at the festival.

Istria has a warm Mediterranean climate so warm and sunny days are to be expected, but still we advise to bring long sleeves with you in case of bad weather.
Yes, a medical team will be available on the site, strategically located in the exit hall.
Small backpack are allowed at the festival.
We highly recommend Agartha fashion attire. Additionally, comfortable boots are essential for your comfort, especially in areas of the festival grounds with gravel.
Cash is not allowed at any bar. However we will provide a cashless stations on site where you can load your cash and receive a cashless wristband with chip to be able to spend at the bars. All bars accept credit cards so you won't be needing a cashless wristband if you plan on using your credit card.

Festival Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Anyone who purchases tickets from someone else does it at their own risk. (We do not check names on the ID for tickets, anyone who is +18 with valid ticket have access to the festival)

You will be sent reminder emails to log into your account to enter your guest details but you will not receive your festival tickets unless ALL guest information is submitted.
Providing your guests information has been entered, festival tickets will be sent out 4 days prior to the event on June 1st to the e-mail addresses provided. You will also be able to access and download your ticket from within your Easol account once all guest details have been submitted.
- Full name as it shown on your passport, passport number, passport issuing country, email address and gender info is required for ALL guests in order to receive their tickets.
- Deadline to submit all required guest information is May 28th 2025.
