Cave Romane is located @ Vinkuranska Cesta 2, 521000 Vinkuran which is only a few minutes away from the city of Pula and Medulin

After party will be held at our Full Experience hotel on June 7th from 8am to 1pm at Monumenti Hotel
18+ People below the age of 18 won’t be permitted to the festival area.
Please prepare your ID upon the entry to validate you’re 18 years or over.
The event is NON- REFUNDABLE. Refunds will only be possible if the event gets canceled due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control.
Full Experience Ticket Holders:

- June 4th (8:00pm): @ the gate of the Welcome Party at Pula Castle
- June 5-6 (9:00pm): @ the entry of the Cave Romane.
2 Days Festival Ticket holders:

Very limited parking will be provided at the venue on a first come first serve basis. We highly recommend everyone to use public transportation such as local taxis or Uber.
Please prepare your ticket and your ID for the age validation upon the arrival to the venue. If you have regional tickets we will validate your ID for your age and your residency.

Yes, there will be various food options at the festival.
The festival program will be announced and available at @gatesofagartha official social media channels.
Istria has a warm Mediterranean climate so warm and sunny days are to be expected, but still we advise to bring long sleeves with you in case of bad weather.
Yes, a medical team will be available on the site, strategically located in the exit hall.
Small backpack are allowed at the festival.
We highly recommend Agartha fashion attire. Additionally, comfortable boots are essential for your comfort.
Cash is not allowed at any bar. However we will provide a cashless stations on site where you can load your cash and receive a cashless wristband with chip to be able to spend at the bars. All bars accept credit cards so you won't be needing a cashless wristband if you plan on using your credit card.

Regional tickets can be purchased at www.entrio.hr (Croatian, X YU, Hungarian and Italian region ID is required at the gate)

While our policy doesn't allow ticket transfers, we try out best to accommodate transfer requests.
Note: Anyone who purchases tickets from someone else does it at their own risk. (We do not check names on the ID for tickets, anyone who is +18 with valid ticket have access to the festival)

Will be able to receive their wristbands on June 4th at the hotel lobby or at the entry of the Welcome Party at Pula Castle Kaštel
Additionally:
At the entry of the Cave Romane on June 5th or June 6th.
Make sure to have your tickets with you.
- All accommodation holders will be prompted to enter 2 guest information during purchase. The information provided will be used directly for hotel check-in.
- You will not be able to complete your purchase unless all required guest information is fully submitted.
- Once all guest details have been entered, festival tickets will be e-mailed on June 2nd.

IMPORTANT:
If you are unsure who will be joining your booking at the time of purchase, you may enter your own information in both guest fields.
You can then email us at hospitality@gatesofagartha.com to request a guest information update. We will be happy to update the second guest or both guest details so the hotel has the correct information for smooth room key collection at check-in.

All accommodation holders will have time until May 25th to transfer their Full Experience packages.
IMPORTANT:
- Transfers request must be submitted to hospitality@gatesofagartha.com
- Transfer request must come from the original purchaser's email with the valid booking ID included in the request.
- After transfer has been made the old ticket barcode will be invalid and new barcode will be generated for the new guest
- We are not responsible with payment transfers.
