18+ People below the age of 18 won’t be permitted to the festival area.
Please prepare your ID upon the entry to validate you’re 18 years or over.
The event is NON- REFUNDABLE. Refunds will only be possible if the event gets canceled due to unforeseen circumstances that are out of our control.
No, we do not offer any ticket or package upgrade.
- Accommodation package holders: Will be able to receive their wristbands anytime between October 10th & 13th at the Rixos Hotel Tersane Lobby.
- 2 Days GA & BACKSTAGE ticket holders with no accommodation: Will receive their wristbands at the entry of the Main Party at Tersane on October 11 or 12 when the gates are open.
Full Experience guests with accommodation: Parking and VALET will be provided at the hotel.
2 Days GA & Backstage guests: NO Parking is provided we highly recommend everyone to use public transportation, private transportation and Sea Taxi.
Please prepare your ticket and your ID for the age validation upon the arrival to the venue. If you have regional tickets we will validate your ID for your age and your residency.

The weather in Istanbul during October is generally mild and pleasant, making it an excellent time to visit. Daytime temperatures typically range from 15°C to 20°C (59°F to 68°F), while nighttime temperatures can drop to around 12°C (54°F). You can expect about 11 hours of daylight, with the sun rising around 7:30 AM and setting by 6:30 PM
Yes, a medical team will be available on the site, strategically located in the exit hall.
Small backpack are allowed at the festival.
We highly recommend Agartha fashion attire. The main events on October 11 and 12 will be held indoors with an amazing/spacious outdoor deck for guests to enjoy over looking the historical peninsula.

- October 11: Entry to the main event
- October 12: (Add-on) Dinner of Empires @ Tersane (Required to purchase separately and only offered to Full Experience guests)

(General Admission ticket includes entry to the dance floor area only.)

Festival Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Anyone who purchases tickets from someone else does it at their own risk. (We do not check names on the ID for tickets, anyone who is +18 with valid ticket have access to the festival)
If you purchased Full Experience ticket with accommodation, the required guest info provided on your EASOL account will be used for the hotel check-in and your ticket barcodes will be used to receive your wristbands.

- Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW): 90 minutes max with traffic

🚨IMPORTANT:
In order to receive your ticket barcodes, all accommodation package holders are required to submit their (Full name, E-mail address, Passport # and Nationality) for each guest staying in the room. Must be submitted into your booking via your EASOL account HERE before October 2nd 2024.
The names entered will then be used by the hotel for check-in. You will be sent reminder emails to log into your EASOL account to enter your guest details. You will not receive your festival tickets unless ALL guest information is submitted. Providing your guests information has been entered, festival tickets will be sent out 5 days prior to the event.
Ticket barcode receive date: If you completed the guest form on time, you will receive your ticket barcode both in your EASOL account HERE and to your email addresses attached to the tickets 5 days before the event start date.
